Very well-managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is very well-managed. The common areas (lobby, laundry, basement) are super clean and the garbage is put away nightly, so you’ll never see garbage bags lying around. The residents are on the older side so there’s pretty much never any noise. There’s a pool available to residents, which is almost unheard of. Plenty of street parking.
Cons:
It’s a CO-OP, so there are a lot of rules and regulations. Owners need to ask the board before doing anything to their apartments. No moving on weekends. I like rules, but others may want more freedom. Only thing I didn’t like is construction on the building’s facade, which lasted almost a year.
