Brutally Honest Review

Pros:
Very convenient when concerning surrounding stores and transportation.
Cons:
The landlord is very irresponsible and lacks care for the apartment and it’s tenants. The building is rodent/insect infested. The building as a whole is not the cleanest and those neighboring you lack proper mannerism. No care for those who have asthma is considered, as people within the apartment consistently smoke/spit in front of your door and allow anybody in the building. There is no lock on the door in the lobby, and so random people constantly loiter and disrupt the space. The landlord himself fails to respond to tenant requests about the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Show respect to the apartment and those who pay you rent.
