Renters Beware! Stay away!!!!

Pros:
It’s close to transportation, markets and pharmacy’s
Cons:
It’s a high end projects building.
Constant police presence.
Constant esu presence.
Constant roach presence.
Constantly unclean.
Constant noises.
Constant weed smoking.
Prostitution in and out of building.
Don’t move here. Seriously.
Advice to owner:
Come visit the building and see for yourself how it has gone downhill.

Pros:
The lobby is gorgeous, and there are 3 elevators in total so there is always ways to get home fast, and having a doorman is also a huge plus
Cons:
Had a lot of cockroach problems and mice problem at my unit. Which we had to take care of for most of the time.
Advice to owner:
Work a little on the pest control.
