Terrible neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Balcony
Big rooms
Not bad supervisor
Cons:
Noisy neighbors from 4 J apartment they are running all night.
Also, their kids like to play with water, so sometimes you have water fall in your apartment.
Cockroaches everywhere
You never find any parking after 5 pm
Advice to owner:
Care a little bit about tenants not only about money
