    Nice Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice clean building with a private back yard. Strong water pressure. 5 mins walk to the subway. The building just changed to all new windows, looks very nice.
    Cons:
    Only one elevator.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up.
