Bel air decent but skip

Pros:
Clean, some quiet, residents, convenientlocation, great Super and porter
Cons:
Water pressure, difficulty finding parking, terrible bathrooms/toilets, Coop instead of Condo, only 1 option of internet provider, cheap low quality windows,poor pest control, cheap outdated appliances, poor cheap plumbing repairs, building does not repair issues, Stay away
Advice to owner:
Spend money to actual address concerns and adequately repair issues.

I didn’t like that they would take your rent money and not fix the apartment the correct way.
