Pros:
It's a roof over my head, temporarily.
Cons:
I've been in the building since 12/2017. There's 2 elevators. One elevator was out(repaired, work for a day,maybe then out of service)from the time I got here til last year. At which time it was repaired and worked up until July of this year. Now it's out of service 😒. The working elevator is extremely slow
