Pros:
Same block as the f train. The supers are extremely kind and constantly working hard and sweating to keep everything clean. Prewar apartments so they have a lot of space. Nice Neighbors.
Cons:
Roach and rat infested. Terrible water pressure. Old appliances that were probably infested with bugs before you got there.

When we moved in there were either roach or rat feces in the cabinets as well as the bathroom when we moved in that we had to clean ourselves. It is cheap considering nyc but expensive considering the quality of the building.
Advice to owner:
Use more profits to update the buildings infrastructure.
