    Also, on top that she keeps complaining about how she has to spend too much money on maintenance. Like seriously you are the owner and it your job to maintain your house if anything is broken. Also, the owner is very condescending and needs to get help. She treat everyone differently depending on their status and looks down on people who are actually struggling financially. Like no humanity or compassion. Also everything in house need to be replaced and she has big issues with cockroaches it every where even get on people food like seriously. I have never seen her do any bug inspections through out the year and always argue with renters and force them to leave if she doesn’t like them. The contract doesn’t even make sense like the professional contract. During winter there always heating problems.
