Pros:
Nothing is good
Cons:
Heat is terrible in the winter ‘ the water pressure is awful in the bathroom and in the kitchen, the lights switch off in the summer almost every day because of the old wires in the house they never fixed over time being in the house , the family downstairs will steal your mail and when asked denied to the point I had the put out a investigation on them to prove they was stealing my mail the landlord is rude and not complying with anything that need to be done in the house when told about.
Advice to owner:
Be more nicer
