Mediocre at best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Windows in every room
Cons:
Outdated , paper thin walls, creaky floors
Advice to owner:
If your going to renovate a unit put the time and effort into making it sound and sturdy I had foam the inner closest of this apt. As well seal everything in the kitchen shitty work there too. Floors should have just been replaced and there's no heat in the bathroom
