Horrible Building

Pros:
Nothing good about the landlord or area. Not worth the stress.
Cons:
Rodents & Roches ... Paying for heat was never on my lease & the heat bill was in someone else name before me. The landlord turned off the heat & didn’t give a clear explanation. Floors were not properly done. Hole in the floor. Loud noises (shooting) & Rude neighbors
Advice to owner:
Make sure everything is in the lease & hire professional people who can fix the house properly. Bomb the building too many rodents !
