Landlord from H*ll
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cute set up. Newly renovated bathroom. Medium sized rooms. Separate entrance
Cons:
Security cameras are used to watch who you have as company, how often you're home, and if you slammed the door or not. It isn't used for actual security reasons. Property owner is too invested in tenants lifestyles and is extremely invasive. Will go through every bag of garbage you have to look for water bottles. Loud noises at late hours, can and glass movements.
Advice to owner:
Learn boundary between you and tenant. You aren't their parent. If you want to watch someone closely in a spot they pay rent you simply should not rent out.
