Terrible Landlord, Horrible Conditions

Pros:
There is nothing to like about the place.
Cons:
This landlord is completely negligent and predatory. The house is infested with rats, roaches, and bed bugs, has serious mold issues, and nothing ever gets fixed. Every time we raised a concern, the landlord ignored or avoided us. On top of that, they’ve been in pre-foreclosure for over three years while continuing to rent to low-income tenants. Stay far away from this property and landlord.
