    landlord doesn't fix any home related issues

    Pros:
    the neighborhood is oaky
    Cons:
    no heat at times, open violations, landlord DOESNT repair anything and who is the landlord the old lady or her disgusting daughter
    Advice to owner:
    fix your mouse infested house fix your furnace your tenants shouldnt have to fix,take care of your two open violations. and if you are the landlord your daughter should come to harass the tenants...
