Pros:
The size of the rooms and the stairs in the apartment.
Cons:
Nothing has been updated since 1975 The floors are all coming up in the kitchen. The varnish on the wood is also coming off in the hot water when I mop. The landlord kicked off my plexiglass because I didn't respond to a text message asking for my medical records. He texts me late at night it seems like he's having dementia. He threatened my brother. He calls the cops and turns off my water And lights when he hears me bathing at a time he doesn't like. Currently 60 open violations we are now in housing court. Also stole my package and refused to give it back or show the camera
