This is the worse landlord ever.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s spacious on the first floor and reasonably priced at $1700 per month.
Cons:
The landlord will ask you the pay for water, split the gas bill with her & electricity. So even if you use less than her, she’ll still want you to pay more.
Advice to owner:
Find a new career because being a landlord isn’t for you.
