Cheap for a reason

Pros:
Cheap rent, laundry in the building no one hangs out in the halls or stairwell.
Cons:
Stolen packages, thin walls plus loud neighbors don't mix well, the superintendent is a misogynist/possible racist, waitlist for parking.
Advice to owner:
This is a co-op, there should be more amenities for the price

Rodents, poor pest control, limited parking, dated appearance and mold.
