Idiotic management and slow workers
Pros
Some good long term neighbors.
Cons
Neighbors who don’t care about the building. Smoking in front or in the lobby. The excuse for no work is still Covid 19. They push back work orders for months to years. For simple things like mold removal. Things like painting can take years. And then they use cheap paint and do shotty work that is very unprofessional and ugly. They get workers or contractors who do not care to work and keep the projects the lowest of the low. Thankfully for good neighbors we stayed for some time.
Advice to the owners
Fix your broken management and system. Fire your contractors who do half ass work. Tell you workers to stop smoking in the buildings as that is against the rules. Even some tenants do this. Disgusting to say the least.
