    Very Great Building with Some Cons
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Apartments are very spacious
    Elevator always works and great laundry room
    Garbage is very maintained
    Cons:
    Been a big issue with bugs lately due to some people being dirty
    Advice to owner:
    Maintain the building better to ensure that cleanliness it use to have
