Really large units with lots of natural light in a quiet neighborhood for cheap

Pros:
The building is quiet and the units are large and clean with a furnished kitchen.
Cons:
If you are not on the top floor you will most likely hear your upstairs neighbor. Also the laundry room in the basement is quite gross and needs a complete renovation as does the rest of the basement.
Advice to owner:
Try to figure out the neighbor noise issue and fix the basement because it is very dirty
