Updated Review - Okay building. Noise and security issues.

Pros:
The building is conveniently located near the subway, restaurants, and shops. The apartments are big. The studios are actually junior 1bdrs. Rent is affordable.
Cons:
Security - The building needs cameras in the lobby. Sometimes packages go missing.
Noise - One of the neighbors plays music and podcasts VERY loudly. You can hear it a block away. They play it at random times, including between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Advice to owner:
Put cameras in, deal with the noisy neighbor.

Cons:
Roaches & if the elevator went out, there was never an on call person to fix it. 6 floors and there are families with kids (strollers) and elderly with walkers.
