I like the area, and the high ceilings. I had to search for things to like honestly
Cons
This place is very charming upon first glance, beneath the charm is a really bad remodel. I am unsure of who the current owner is but when I moved in it was Jorge, and he gaslight the hell out of me. For the first 6 months I did not have working hot water or a stove. Killed about 30 mice on my own here. Walls on east side are super thin, can hear the neighbor sneeze, have sex, talk, etc. Owner refused to fix issues in the building. I believe that the super Alejandro does mean well but my experience was horrible. They refused to fix issues and would ignore me so I would move out.

Have integrity!
