I love the apartment it’s well distributed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent area and location
Cons:
Dirty smells very bad roaches like crazy.
Advice to owner:
Get better building manager she is never in the office doesn’t respond to emails or calls messages she is mean

an absolute shame
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only maintenance guy I ever see is the only light in this very dark tunnel. He's incredibly kind and does an amazing job in any way he can.
Cons:
There's never any heat and when you report it they tell you that it's too bad. You can try to file a maintenance request, but who knows how to do that? Jasmine tells you to tell the superintendent, the superintendent tells you to tell Jasmine. The hallways are half-repainted as if they gave up halfway through, and it's been like this for a while. If you don't tell them about a very obvious problem they won't fix it.
Advice to owner:
Sell these buildings to a better property owner or get new management altogether please, urgently. Neighbors in nearby buildings have asked me if this was section 9 housing.......

Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
good amount of living room and bed room space for the amount
Cons:
Have to keep it cool in apartment in order for roaches to not be here. Window open during winter and AC always on in summer
Advice to owner:
have someone spray more often, put traps and alot of spray in garbage areas. Spray the perimeter of building, clean the basement more frequently.

It ain’t much but it’s home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, shops are near by and waking distance to the kew gardens station. Also spacious apartments
Cons:
Hard to get repairs and maintenance from super, some unsavory neighbors, apartments are just painted when People move out, out of date
Advice to owner:
Update the kitchens, electrical wiring, provide more perks to tenants
