Advice to the owners
My advice to management would be to take recurring maintenance concerns more seriously and prioritize long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes. While the property manager and superintendent were both kind and pleasant to communicate with, my experience with ongoing apartment maintenance issues was ultimately frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage management to be more proactive and transparent when addressing tenant concerns, particularly those involving building conditions. Tenants deserve to feel confident that maintenance issues are being thoroughly investigated and appropriately resolved, with their health, safety, and well-being treated as priorities.
