overbearing board president, quiet neighborhood

Pros:
peaceful and quiet neighborhood, day or night. no crime. cameras ensure safety and security. property well lit at night. immaculate overnight security presence.
Cons:
terrible grounds keeping. horrible smell of kitty litter near service entrance. trash cans not emptied regularly, way too much accumulation. board president is a turd. floors hallways and walls need significant upgrades. washing machines and dryers always need repairs. nosy neighbors.
