terrible apartment, unbelievably expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop access, and right near the a train.
Cons:
Nothing was included in rent except for water. We had to pay for heat along with all other utilities. Froze during the winter, it was horrible. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. The pipes were also on the verge of collapse and the bathroom constantly had issues. The plumber that came was a family member who did the bare minimum because he was not getting paid. They also had a mice infestation and they never dealt with the heart of the issue. Landlord is extremely cheap and took ages to call an exterminator. We had to pay for an independent exterminator to come and they agreed it was a structure issue. The landlord refused to fix it because of cost even though we were paying 1800 in rent a month for a 1 bedroom that was paid off in 1970 and falling apart. Do not give this man your money, live elsewhere!
Advice to owner:
Stop being a horrible and greedy person.
