NO HOT WATER OR HEAT

Pros:
Amenities are great!
Location is amazing.
Cons:
Heating unit is electric, ConEd bill will be $500+ per month. The windows are also not insulated well.
Each unit comes with a small water tank which only allows for 10 min of hot water.
Advice to owner:
Fix water system

Pros:
Quiet, safe, water views
Cons:
Terribly drafty in winter. Poorly sealed doors and windows. Outdated heat/ac. If your neighbors smoke you will smell it because e haunt vents are connected
Advice to owner:
Update the building
