    very intrusive landlord

    Pros:
    -great windows/natural light
    -balcony
    -good view from back windows
    Cons:
    -landlord is *very* interested in tenant's personal lives
    -landlord is interested in gossiping to tenants about tenants
    -landlord wants to talk about his dating life
    -landlord may try to walk in to apartment without knocking with his own set of keys
    Advice to owner:
    landlord should not try to insert himself into tenants' personal lives
