Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 21-28 35 Street in Queens highlight convenient location near amenities but major concerns with pests. Tenants face roach and rat issues, impacting daily life and usability of facilities like dishwashers. Despite being spacious, apartments are plagued by pest problems, leaky pipes, noisy neighbors, and inadequate management response. Suggestions include urgent extermination and improved maintenance practices. Positive aspects include friendly neighbors, responsive management, and good water pressure. While some appreciate the community spirit, the pervasive rat infestation is a significant drawback that needs swift intervention.

Apartments are infected with huge roaches. Dishwasher is unusable because of roaches. Rats all over the sidewalk all alongside the entire apartment complex.
