    Rent, close to train station
    Cons:
    Pests, no elevator
    Advice to owner:
    Get the pests out

    Feels safe, very dog friendly, don’t hear neighbors very often though they are pleasant when we see them.
    Cons:
    Heat is on too high sometimes and can’t be adjusted
