    If you have options, keep looking.

    Pros:
    Quiet block, heat is great in the winter!
    Cons:
    Always dirty, no maintenance.
    Owner takes weeks for repairs in the homes.
    Not renovated.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire maintenance work for garbage and building cleanliness.
    Be more time considerate of others when notified of a problem in the apartment.
