Horrible building don’t rent here!

Pros:
Good location close to highways, great schools and stores
Cons:
No parking, be prepared to have your apartment smell like marijuana and smoke everyday,every late night every early morning.Hallways haven’t been swept, or mopped or painted in years extremely filthy, Hallways smell like feet fugus, entercon is broken and has been broken for years for security purposes this is unsafe, you don’t know who will be waiting for you in the building hallways. The building has a very bad pest infestation very large water bugs roches, move here please do not expect anything to be fixed or new, the agent is a con artist literally a quick money scam. There are no smoke detectors in the hallways and apartments. I’m sure there are a ton of valuations in the building.Do not rent here!
