Don’t bother if you don’t like being cold!

Pros:
Pool, gym, private park, bbq
Cons:
It’s super cold in the winter. Everyone is all happy during the summer because of the bbq grills and pool but come in the middle of winter. You’ll see everyone is miserable. I have kids so I can’t have them being cold as a result I pay almost $1k in the winter months to pay for heat. Depending on the floor the neighbors can be quite weird. During covid I had to scream at a few neighbors for not following the rules on the elevator capacity.
Advice to owner:
Enforce your own rules! And stipend for heat in the winter!!!
