Comfortable apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well managed, landlord is super helpful and nice, neighbors are nice, garbage management is taken care of my landlord, packages are delivered safely, apartments have nice and open floor plans, close to the train, private outdoor spaces.
Cons:
Building itself is great but there is a lot of noise from neighboring barking dogs, the church bells on the corner, and speeding muscle car/ motorcycles.
Utilities are a bit high.

Spacious 3 BDR right off train
Former Tenant
Pros:
The layout, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, balcony, close proximity to train and restaurants
Cons:
The one room (which is the guest room) is not well insulated so it is very cold in the winter and very warm in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Need to better insulate the room
