    Pros:
    - Location was really nice
    Cons:
    - Mice everyday and being responsible for it because the management barely did anything.
    Advice to owner:
    That building needs a huge revamping and fix the spaces in the walls to baseboard that makes it easy for things to come through.

    Pet discrimination between tenants, some are allowed some are not
