Great Landlord and Fair Rent

Pros

It’s a house so no in-building neighbors! Brand new appliances/renovation that work and look great as of 2023. The rent is extremely reasonable. Landlords are very responsive and nice.

Cons

More outdoor bugs than usual (rolly pollies, ants, centipedes, large cockroaches) because it’s on the ground. Have to take care of your own garbage and recycling. The neighbors are nosy. Not the most insulated; electricity bills are extremely high (over $300 in February 2025).

Please insulate the house and take your tenants more seriously.
