    She will commit property fraud

    Pros:
    Nothing at all she never pays the property bills so you as a tenant are effected.
    Cons:
    She is filthy disrespectful and always in your place when your not present she steals tenets property in the mail also her and her children.
    Advice to owner:
    Your a nasty dog and have no tack or class and you should stop telling people your a pastor. Your not.
