Three-unit building that has a responsive landlord, quiet neighbors, and great garbage/recycling management. There is strong water pressure throughout the unit and terrace access for each unit.
There is not great sound insulation (ie. thinner walls) and the landlord is kind but reluctant to fix things / coordinate a mutually beneficial time.
