    Mr Danio Jean is the worst landlord I’ve ever met

    The neighborhood great
    Cons:
    It’s dirty. Landlord is a smooth talker that promise you to do repairs and take ur money then pretends to go to Haiti as he said he’s building a hotel. Do not rent from this owner unless u don’t care about the way in which you live. Horrible . He deserves minus 0 stars in everything.
    Advice to owner:
    Try being a good human and not a crook. He took our money and when I reported him to the AG he took $530 for advertise for new tenants . Don’t trust him . He’s a crook . He will always promise to do stuff and after u sign a lease and he have your money he wants u to pay him to repair his own house.
