Lots of space for cheap but hard commute
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large 3 bedroom for $1400, including heat and water. Close to the beach.
Cons:
Very hard to travel into the city by train. Need a car to get anywhere. Flooding in the area is constant when it rains. Laundromats and supermarkets are far without a car. Owner isn't responsive to issues. Garbage is located inside the building on the first floor. No super. Walls in the back of apt had leaks when it rains.
Advice to owner:
Have the garage outside the building. Cover for the mailboxes so mail doesn't get wet. Get a local super and warn people that you can hear noise easily.
