living in the private home
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is quiet I only have one neighbor, Trash is left in the back of the house, the building is kept Clean in front and inside. The apartment doesn't have issues with mice but waterbeds have become a problem after one year of living here and come up in the summer and winter
Cons:
The landlord is rude, he doesn't like to handle issues such as the fridge not operating properly and food expiring before expiry date. Obvious mold in the bathroom and was a pain in the ass to get him to bring an exterminator here. When we told him there was no hot water he had the nerve to say that's our problem pay ur bill when we always pay our coned. He fixed it later that day but he's very rude.
Advice to owner:
When a tenant complains don't make a big fuss. Just resolve it. You're suppose to inspect for mold once a year anyways and also have an exterminator since it is very obvious and we documented with pictures bug and brought you two dead ones which were giant water bugs.
