    Management in the wrong hands
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The good thing about this place is the neighborhood and it being close to so many convenient places
    Cons:
    This place (the top floor) is rented to you by a very unprofessional “property manager” who will ruin your stay in this apartment from day one. She doesn’t care about tenant needs and is the type of a person to care exceedingly about rent. The late rent penalties are ridiculous
    Advice to owner:
    Get a new PROPERTY MANAGER
