Love this neighborhood and our neighbors are great. Amazing location right next to Astoria park and relatively quiet.
Very poor maintenance and there are a lot of issues that the landlord refuses to address including pests, inconsistent garbage removal, leaks in ceiling and appliances that have caused warping in floorboards, laundry room is dysfunctional and many appliances are outdated/broken.
