It’s a decent place
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the mall, target, deli, grocery store, R & M train, bus stops
Cons:
New Landlord is raising the rent, you still have to pay utilities so it’s reaching close to $2K rent and utilities, during a pandemic. She doesn’t have any boundaries and comes by at 11pm sometimes without prior notice
Advice to owner:
Needs to learn boundaries
