Nice building but horrible Management/Owners/Workers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near transports, highway, Malls communities, Restaurants, schools and local stores
Cons:
Super talks bad about all tenants, management office, owners and buyers, he’s NEVER around when we need him, packages are always being stolen, super could care less if packages are left by the mailbox or intercom, he says that’s not part of his job. Front entrance door 70% never works, the intercom and security camera never works and it’s out dated in the main entrance. When tenants calls the office to complain about any issues with mail stolen, noise from tenants or repairs they speak to tenants very rude and don’t address the concerns or issues properly. Manage want to raise the rent to fix your kitchen, bathroom and any repairs. I do NOT recommend this building to any buyers, investors nor renters!!!.. STAY AWAY!!!!.
Advice to owner:
Staff needs to take into consideration when tenants calls with any issues of complaints, repairs and misconduct of building staff and tenants ! The building is old and security should be a top priority! Fix the back yard so the kids, elderly and homebound could enjoy the nice weather, my. child got hurt playing in the backyard due to the negligence of the building, I did not sue cause my job covered for all medical expenses and hospital emergency visits! We pay high rent, mortgage and maintenance for sloppy maintenance and services!!!. FIX THE BACK YARD!!!!!..
