Clean and responsive

Pros

Building is clean and garbage management is excellent. The management office and super are very responsive and helpful. Friendly neighbors.

Cons

Astoria is currently gentrifying and has a lot of construction in the immediate area, so we usually deal with some level of construction noise. However, this is obviously not reflective of the building itself.
