    Quiet with racist Karen

    Pros:
    Quiet and nice building with elevator
    Cons:
    Constant smell of marijuana and dealing with racist Karen who seem to hate Asian people in the building
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to the Asian tenants and kick out racist entitled Karen in 2B
