Construction has been going on non-stop for 6 years, hire very cheap contractors who cut corners comprising tenant safety and one elevator serves 31 floors of tenants. Elevators have not worked for 3 years properly and ownership dragged their feet to switch elevators.
Advice to the owners
Sell your property to someone else who knows how to do their job
Building is not worth the price

My air conditioner was extremely old and took more than 5+ complaints before they replaced it. Barely worked enough in the summer and my electric bill was sky high. There were a few times my apartment wasn’t the legal regulated requirement in the winter. Once they replaced it, my electric bill was cut in half. However they had to replace the new one again after more issues. It leaked so much water it soaked under the floor through my floorboards. Elevator situation is terrible, constantly broke and have to wait a long time during morning and evening. The building should’ve been designed with more elevators. Grills on the deck never work, apparently you have to rent the space to use it.
Advice to the owners
Replace all old AC units with new ones when a tenant moves in. Allow us to use the grills whenever.
