Great building. Relatively affordable in the area.
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Awesome doorman - Packages are collected - Virtual intercom - Great rooftop - Beautiful furnishings - High ceilings - Close to many subway lines
Cons:
- One washer/dryer on each floor. (~4 apartments on each floor. It could be worse) - Management company is pretty unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
- Be more responsive. The lack of response from their management company was so off-putting. I love this building but I wouldn’t go through this again. - Invest in better technology. Checks as the only payment option is so pathetic! Also, they messed up on rent collections a few times in my 2 year occupancy. Just go digital to save yourself and your tenants the headache. - In short, the building is pretty great. The management company and their practices need to be upgraded. They devalue the property.
